The Forest of Hands and Teeth - Carrie Ryan

Just finished this book and wondered what everyone thought of it. I also very excited to see there is going to be a second book but it is from her daughter's pov. What are your thoughts and guesses for the second book- Dead Tosses Waves.

Well, you basically know my thoughts already, but I'm eager to see how the story will be played out from her daughter's pov. I wasn't too happy about the ending. It was good, but then again it just left me hanging, with to many unanswered questions. Who was the guy from the lighthouse? although I'm going to assume that turned out to be her husband.

Overall, I did like the book. I really like Ryan's writing style.

Have to get this out - one thing that is still bugging me is the fact that they changed the cover. I don't mind the paperback for The Forest of Hands and Teeth, but the new hardcover for The Dead-Tossed Waves shouldn't have changed. Now my books aren't going to match that well (one drawn person, and one real person) Guess you could say I'm weird like that - I like my covers to match or be similar.
